SALON POLICY

​Salon Operations:

  • EURO NAILS operates by appointment, with walk-ins accepted based on availability. Our regular business hours are Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
  • Extended hours may be available upon request. Please note that additional charges may apply for appointments scheduled outside of regular hours.

BOOKING:

  • All bookings are made online at euro-nails.com through our quick and easy, two-click process available 24/7. Since we offer a variety of services requiring different processing times, our system manages appointments efficiently to ensure you have a smooth experience.
  • You will receive the service you selected when booking online. Our schedule is based on the time required for each specific service, so changes cannot be made during your appointment. Please review your selection carefully before confirming your booking.

​Cancellation Policy:

  • We require at least 36 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If notice is not provided or you miss your appointment, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. Future appointments can only be scheduled once the cancellation fee has been paid.
  • ​To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please use the link provided in your confirmation email or send a text to (914) 4400-844 with your name, appointment date, and time.
  • Arriving on time is appreciated, as it ensures you receive your full treatment and helps us stay on schedule for all clients. Early arrival is not necessary. If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to avoid delays for the next appointment.

​Service Refusal:

  • EURO NAILS reserves the right to refuse service in order to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all clients and staff. Service may be declined if a client has a contagious disease, poses a health risk, behaves in an inappropriate or disrespectful manner, or fails to treat our staff with respect.

NO CHILDREN OR PETS:

  • To maintain a calm, clean, and comfortable environment for all clients, children and pets are not allowed in the salon. Service animals are welcome. Please make arrangements in advance, as EURO NAILS reserves the right to refuse service if this policy is not respected.

Medical Concerns:

  • If you have any medical conditions or allergies, please consult your physician before visiting or receiving services. EURO NAILS is not responsible for providing medical advice or for any health issues that may arise during or after your appointment.

Personal Belongings:

  • We at EURO NAILS regret that we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged personal items. We recommend leaving valuables and jewelry at home to avoid any inconvenience.

Payment and Gratuity:

  • We at EURO NAILS accept cash, major credit cards, and Gift Certificates. Please note that we do not accept checks or peer-to-peer transfer apps.
  • Gratuities are left to the discretion of our clients. Gift certificates do not include gratuity and are not refundable, transferable, or redeemable for cash or credit.

EURO NAILS WARRANTY:

  • If you experience any defects such as lifting, chipping, or cracking within 7 days of your service, we will repair them free of charge as part of our service warranty. Repairs requested after 7 days are not covered under warranty, and standard rates will apply.

Discounts and Special Offers:

  • Discounts and special offers apply only to services and do not include merchandise. Please check the expiration dates on promotions, as they cannot be honored after they expire.
